02 What are the accommodation options and their nightly rates?
We offer a range of cottages to suit your needs: Honeymoon Cottage – ৳5,000/night, Honeymoon Cottage Sea View – ৳5,500/night, Premium Cottage – ৳8,000/night, Super Deluxe Cottage – ৳6,500/night, Family Cottage – ৳7,000/night.
03 What amenities and services are available on-site?
Guests enjoy a wealth of offerings such as room service, 24-hour electricity and CCTV, intercom, guide and transportation services, ticketing, an on-site restaurant & coffee shop, BBQ parties, emergency doctor and first aid, plus leisure options like volleyball, badminton, a children's playground, and scenic photo spots.
04 What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Late cancellation (within 6 days): 50% of total booking. No-show or cancellation within 24 hours: 100% charge. Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days. Modifications (date/room) are allowed up to 7 days prior and may involve price adjustments. No refunds for early departures. Special terms may apply for group bookings or exceptional circumstances.
05 What are the check-in and check-out times?
Our check-in time is 2pm, and check-out time is 12pm.
