At Godhuli Eco Resort, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for all our guests. We understand that plans can change, and we have outlined our refund and cancellation policies below to ensure transparency and fairness for both our guests and the resort.
1. Reservation Cancellation Policy
Flexible Cancellations
- Free Cancellation: You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before your scheduled arrival date.
- Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 6 of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total booking amount.
- Last-Minute Cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours of your arrival or do not show up, you will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.
2. Refund Policy
Eligible Refunds: Refunds will be processed for cancellations made within the applicable cancellation window.
Non-Refundable Reservations: Certain promotional or discounted rates may be non-refundable. This will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.
Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-14 business days. Please note that processing times may vary based on your payment provider.
3. Modifications to Bookings
Changes to Your Reservation: You may request to modify your reservation e.g., change of dates or room type up to 7 days before your scheduled arrival, subject to availability.
Difference in Rates: If your new booking is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference. If the new booking is of lower value, refunds may be issued in accordance with our refund policy.
4. Early Departures
No Refunds for Early Departures: If you choose to shorten your stay after check-in, the resort is not obligated to offer refunds or credits for the unused portion of your stay.
5. No-Show Policy
Failure to Check-In: If you do not check in on the scheduled date of your reservation without prior notice, the full booking amount will be charged and is non-refundable.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that emergencies can occur. In cases of extreme circumstances e.g., severe illness, natural disasters), we may consider exceptions to our cancellation policy. Documentation may be required, and approval will be at the discretion of resort management.
7. Group Bookings and Events
Special cancellation and refund policies may apply for group bookings, weddings, or events. These terms will be detailed in your contract or booking agreement.
